Likes: good location with sea view. easy quick walk into centre of town. friendly staff greeted on arrival. it was clean and felt safe.
Dislikes: room decor is tied and a bit tatty. no bottled water in the room. coffee and tea making products stored in the wardrobe? the container needs a freshen up? no fresh coffee or papers offered with break.

Well located in Kemp Town area - quieter than seafront. Room - 3 was large with a comfortable king bed. Cramped bathroom and loose electric sockets.
